Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a small outbound sales team while continuing to sell directly. The role combines leadership with personal selling, coaching, and accountability for overall sales performance.

You will manage 3–5 employees, direct market focus, and develop the sales strategy for the assigned verticals, ensuring HubSpot is used for all prospecting and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of personally closing business.

Responsibilities

• Sell and lead by example, closing opportunities while maintaining personal pipeline.
• Set targets, review pipelines, and drive team activity and revenue.
• Coach the team through calls and role-plays to improve results.
• Develop and execute outbound sales strategy for assigned markets.
• Direct lead generation to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
• Ensure HubSpot is used for prospecting, deals, notes, and reporting.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, coaching, and retention of the sales team.
