Responsibilities

• Coaching & Development: Deliver personalized coaching sessions regularly to elevate agent skills, boost productivity, and sharpen sales techniques.
• Performance Management: Keep a close eye on daily KPIs, quality benchmarks, and sales figures, and proactively implement strategies to ensure your team consistently hits their targets.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead B2B sales representatives to excel and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Quality Evaluation: Dive into sales calls and interactions to provide insightful and actionable feedback that drives success.
