Job summary

iTeraSource Philippines Corp. is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a small outbound sales team while continuing to sell directly. This player-coach role means you will carry your own pipeline, close business, coach the team and be accountable for overall sales performance.

The team will consist of 3–5 employees, including a lead generation resource. You will develop and execute the sales strategy for the geographic markets and verticals provided, ensuring HubSpot is used for prospecting,

Qualifications

• Proven outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership or team management experience.
• Strong coaching skills and willingness to sell alongside the team.
• Experience developing and executing outbound sales strategies.
• Proficient in HubSpot and Microsoft 365.
• BPO sales experience preferred; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-directed and accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, follow up and close opportunities while leading by example.
• Manage sales performance: set targets, review pipelines, and drive revenue.
• Coach the team through calls, role-plays, and opportunity reviews.
• Develop sales strategy for geographic markets and verticals.
• Direct lead generation to build pipelines and maintain opportunities.
• Ensure HubSpot usage for prospecting, deals, notes and reporting.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team retention.
