Job summary

Flam, an AI-native platform company, is hiring a product designer to work on our templated, self-serve creation platform used by brands and agencies to build interactive ad creative without code.

You will own end-to-end design for a complex creation surface, design the template and configuration systems underneath it, and collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible, scalable solutions across diverse user personas and permissions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product design, with platform design experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for a complex creation surface—from IA to shipped polish.
• Design the template and configuration systems underneath it to scale across brands and use cases.
• Design for multiple personas and permissions across multi-tenant workspaces.
• Build and maintain the design system beneath it all—components, states, edge cases.
• Partner closely with engineering on what's feasible and push on what should be.
