Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing impactful designs in dynamic environments.
• Ability to improve existing patterns and design innovative features.
• Expertise in UI design, interaction, and copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design projects from exploration to final implementation.
• Design interactions and transitions that feel natural.
• Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Contribute to Fireflies Essential Design System for consistency.
• Promote design excellence and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
