Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer.
• Experience with core UX methods including workshops, user research, synthesis, flows, IA, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in responsive, mobile-first design informed by research and data.
• Working fluency with AI tools in the design process and good judgment on where to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for a major product area across the product lifecycle.
• Frame ambiguous problems using insights from customer, business, and operations data.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to ship scalable experiences.
• Define new patterns and formats as the space evolves with existing systems and create cohesive design recommendations.
