Job summary

Fireflies.ai seeks a Product Designer to shape exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will own end-to-end design, from early exploration to polished implementation, focusing on intuitive interactions and clean interfaces. A strong portfolio and a deep eye for detail are essential.

You will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to maintain the design system, iterate based on user feedback, and deliver AI-native experiences with precision and clarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience in fast-moving environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful designs.
• Strong UI/interaction design and copywriting skills.
• Experience shaping AI-native experiences.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead design initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design projects from exploration to final implementation.
• Think in interaction and ensure smooth transitions and feedback.
• Craft flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Help maintain Fireflies Essential Design System.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.
