Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Create user-centered product designs from concept to final implementation, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive models, conducting user testing to refine and improve designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and smooth integration into the final product.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions and drive innovation.
• Design Systems & Consistency: Maintain and improve design systems, ensuring consistent and high-quality user interfaces across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and end-to-end product solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel).
• UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, and interaction design, with the ability to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to approach design challenges with a strategic mindset, combining creativity with data-driven insights to solve complex problems.
