Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to manage assigned platform solutions, monitor performance, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure reliable operations with regulatory compliance.

You will execute governance activities, perform risk assessments, support business enhancements, and work with stakeholders to deliver improved customer experiences and reduced incident impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
• At least 2 years of work experience in platform operations, support, governance and service management knowledge.
• Background in financial services and fintech industry in platform/product management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned platform solutions and ensure operational activities are performed according to agreed service levels, governance standards, and customer requirements
• Investigate incidents, coordinate issue resolution, perform impact analysis, update stakeholders, and maintain incident documentation to minimize service disruptions
• Execute platform governance activities including access management, audit support, risk assessments, BCP activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor platform health, availability, utilization, incident trends, and customer feedback to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues, successful delivery of enhancements, and continuous improvement of customer experience.
