Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Platform Operations professional to monitor performance, coordinate issue resolution, and support governance activities to ensure reliable operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in platform operations with knowledge of governance and service management, preferably within financial/fintech environments. Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related course required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in platform operations, governance and service management.
• Background in financial services and fintech industry preferred for platform/product management.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned platform solutions and ensure operations meet SLAs and governance standards.
• Investigate incidents, coordinate resolution, analyze impact, and update stakeholders.
• Execute governance activities including access management, audits, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor platform health, trends, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with business and tech stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and successful enhancements.

Manage assigned platform solutions by monitoring platform performance, coordinating issue resolution, executing governance activities, and supporting platform enhancements to ensure reliable operations, regulatory compliance, and positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned platform solutions and ensure operational activities are performed according to agreed service levels, governance standards, and customer requirements
• Investigate incidents, coordinate issue resolution, perform impact analysis, update stakeholders, and maintain incident documentation to minimize service disruptions
• Execute platform governance activities including access management, audit support, risk assessments, BCP activities, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor platform health, availability, utilization, incident trends, and customer feedback to identify issues and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues, successful delivery of enhancements, and continuous improvement of customer experience.
