Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Projects & Systems Officer (Campaigns & Channels) to support implementation, enhancement, and operational management of campaign management platforms, customer engagement technologies, and channel integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
• At least 3 years experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Systems Support, or Marketing Technology
• 2 years experience in Campaign Management Platforms, Marketing Automation, CRM, or Customer Engagement Technologies
• Knowledgeable in Campaign and Customer Experience Platform – Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Background in Marketing Automations – Salesforce, Adobe
• Capable in Project management methodologies and project lifecycle management, customer experience platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Skilled in customer journey design and business analysis with project coordination and management

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for campaign management, customer engagement, and channel integration initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign delivery and business objectives.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, and recommend solutions for platform enhancements and customer journey improvements.
• Develop and execute test scripts, conduct UAT, and validate campaign workflows, audience targeting, and system integrations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and enhancement requests while providing status updates and implementation support.
• Provide operational and user support for campaign management and customer engagement platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, operational efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and customer experience.
