Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Platform Solution Manager to establish and manage the agency banking platform and related services, enabling partner agents to process onboarding and transactions within agreed SLAs.

You will define needs-based requirements, monitor performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive data-driven improvements across platforms such as On-Boarding Microsite, Link, API, and Digital Stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years in customer or financial services industries.
• Experience in platform/product management for fintech preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define needs-based & market-relevant business requirements and customer journey for the assigned Platform Solution.
• Monitor performance and governance to ensure compliance with availability, latency, targets & approvals.
• Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate production issues and cascade status updates per incident management standards and SLAs.
• Mine and analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing platform features and capabilities.
• Prepare and update documentation (BRD, Customer Journey, Risk Assessment, Platform Management Standards & Procedures) and secure approvals.
• Ensure platform management activities comply with standards and vendor contracts.
