Ecology Energy Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator in Bulacan to plan, coordinate, and monitor plant special projects from initiation to completion. You will work with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Prepare project plans, timelines, reports, and required documentation.
Monitor project progress, costs, resources, and deadlines.
Assist in implementing new processes, equipment, systems, and plant improvements.
Conduct site inspections and monitor project activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers when necessary.
Identify project risks and develop appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and company policies.
Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding project status.
Perform other duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in project coordination, plant operations, engineering, or process improvement is an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Willing to work on-site and conduct plant/site visits as required.
