Active Control Automation and Industrial Sales Corporation is seeking a Project Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operational activities across multiple projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with company standards.
You will coordinate people, resources, and processes, supervise staff, monitor progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Travel to field sites will be required.
The Project Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. The role coordinates people, resources, processes, and project requirements while providing operational support to project managers and management.
Supervise and coordinate daily project operations and activities.
Ensure projects are implemented according to approved plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to project staff and monitor their performance.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
Identify operational issues, delays, risks, and potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and maintain project reports, operational records, schedules, and documentation.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Conduct regular site or project inspections when required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years of experience in project operations, project coordination, supervision, or a related role.
Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or relevant project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel or conduct field/site visits when required.
