Job summary

Motolite is seeking an experienced HR Leader for our Bulacan site to drive organizational planning, manpower strategies, and workforce development. You will manage site recruitment for production roles, oversee learning programs, and ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with policy.

You will handle employee relations and ensure DOLE-compliant operations, while supporting health, wellness, and site HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (HR, business, psychology) is required.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in manufacturing or plant-based environments.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, and HR policy implementation.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in labor relations and contractor management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership on organizational planning, manpower requirements, and workforce strategies.
• Oversee recruitment and deployment of site-based employees, particularly for production and technical roles.
• Identify and support learning and development programs based on site needs.
• Ensure proper implementation of compensation, benefits, and employee programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and applicable DOLE regulations.
• Support employee engagement, health and wellness, and other site HR initiatives.
• Oversee site-level HR and administrative support activities.
