Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil is seeking a Plant HR and Administration Manager for the Calumpit site in Bulacan. You will lead HR and administration functions to ensure workforce management, compliance, and operational support in a manufacturing setting.

Reporting to the General Manager of Manufacturing, you will partner with plant leadership and Corporate HR to drive people strategies, manage recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 8 years of HR and Administration experience, with 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, HR operations, compliance, and administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Calumpit, Bulacan on a five-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage site administration, facilities, security, and support services.
• Support workforce planning, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
• Coordinate manpower requirements and manage outsourced service providers.
• Serve as the primary HR partner for manufacturing leadership.
