Job summary

OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to collaborate closely with plant floor staff. You will help employees understand workplace policies, support fair employee relations processes, and ensure smooth performance and benefits activities across the plant.

You will implement policies, consolidate evaluations, manage documentation for relations cases, and assist with benefits administration. This hands-on role requires strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR Officer experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience across multiple HR functions, especially employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the consistent implementation of company policies and workplace procedures.
• Consolidate semiannual performance evaluations and prepare reports for management.
• Prepare notices and documentation for employee relations cases.
• Address employee concerns and grievances, including coordinating discussions and documenting outcomes.
• Provide employees and supervisors with guidance on work concerns and performance improvement.
• Assist with benefits administration for plant employees, including health insurance and leave.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and company events.
