Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Quezon City is seeking an HR Officer to support day-to-day plant HR operations, employee concerns, records, benefits, performance management, and workplace discipline while working closely with the HR team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in manufacturing HR, with ISO 9001:2015 background preferred. You will lead HR services including recruitment, benefits processing, and documentation to ensure compliant and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Officer in manufacturing.
• Preferably with background in ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience in all facets of HR and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR services including plant recruitment, benefits processing and discipline.
• Oversee plant HR records, files, personnel actions, evaluations and licensure.
• Assist HR Manager to ensure HR functions meet performance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to rules and procedures for smooth operations and discipline.
• Consolidate performance evaluations and prepare related reports.
• Support compensation and benefits administration for plant-based staff.
