Universal Robina Corporation—Sugar and Renewables is seeking a Plant Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations at the plant level, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while executing HR strategies. The role partners with COEs to implement initiatives and support plant-specific needs.

The ideal candidate will lead talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, training, and compensation activities to build a strong internal talent pipeline and maintain smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in HR Management, Labor Relations, or Organizational Development are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations at the plant level ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for plant roles.
• Manage employee relations, CBAs, and labor relations strategies.
• Design engagement programs and manage employee facilities and welfare.
• Collaborate on plant training, development programs, and leadership initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, timekeeping, and HR transactions.
• Coordinate with COEs and third parties to optimize workforce solutions.
