Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field; license and/or certification is an advantage
• With at least 2 years of experience handling human resources activities; exposure in food and beverage manufacturing industry is an advantage; exposure in both organized and non-organized workplaces is preferred
• Aptitude in implementing relevant management systems in the food industry including, but not limited to EHS Management Systems, GMPs, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL and FSSC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP; team-player and customer-centric attitude
• Job includes overseeing end-to-end HR management activities, recruitment, HR records, and HR services

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end human resources management activities including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Review requisitions against budgets and validate hiring requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and conduct interviews for supervisory/managerial roles
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare headcount and HR reports
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes and support HR budget administration
