Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of work experience in the HR field.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, particularly SAP HCM OM.
• Capable of organizing employee engagement and CSR events.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Technology savvy and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work at the Flour Pasig Plant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) module.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee-related records.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and CSR activities.
• Support onboarding and exit processing of employees.
• Assist with Third-Party billing and other HR administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related concerns.
• Perform other HR-related functions and administrative tasks as assigned.
