Job summary

Universal Robina Corporation Capiz Sugar and Renewables is seeking a Human Resources Associate - Administrative Services and Facilities Management. You will oversee administrative offices, employee housing, and facility operations to promote employee well-being, safety, and productivity.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or related degree with proven facilities management experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent organizational skills to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and codes for building management and safety.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, sanitation, and upkeep of administrative facilities and employee housing.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and improvements for administrative buildings.
• Manage utilities (HVAC, lighting, plumbing) and safety/compliance programs.
• Provide support to factory facility management and coordinate cross-functional needs.
• Maintain records for audits, inspections and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with regulators, consultants and internal stakeholders to implement best practices.
