Job summary

Franke LLC is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to bridge the in-house ERP with AI capabilities and collaborate with software teams to deliver intelligent automation. You will design, train, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models to drive data-driven insights and operational efficiency.

You will work on ML projects including NLP, forecasting, and LLM-based use cases, and will develop APIs and simple dashboards to share insights with business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS or related field.
• 2–5 years in AI/ML or software development.
• Strong foundation in mathematics for ML and DL.
• Experience with ML frameworks or cloud platforms.
• Frontend exposure is a plus.

About the job

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to help bridge our in‑house ERP system with modern AI and machine learning capabilities. In this role, you’ll work closely with our software development team to design, build, and maintain intelligent solutions that enhance business operations through automation and data‑driven insights.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and applications in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors

Build and continuously improve machine learning solutions, including demand forecasting, NLP systems, and LLM‑based use cases

Perform data exploration, data mining, and develop automated ETL pipelines from ERP and related data sources

Translate business requirements into scalable, AI‑enabled technical solutions

Conduct applied research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend practical implementations

Develop APIs and lightweight front‑end interfaces to share insights with business users

Support multiple business initiatives and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in AI/ML or software development
• Strong foundation in mathematics for machine learning and deep learning
• Experience developing and fine‑tuning ML models using industry‑standard frameworks or cloud platforms
• Software development experience with basic front‑end exposure
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (preferred but not required)
