Franke Group is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to bridge our in‑house ERP with modern AI capabilities and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver data‑driven insights.

You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and applications, including demand forecasting, NLP, and LLM use cases, while building automated ETL pipelines from ERP sources.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience, including at least 1 year in AI/ML or software development.
• Strong foundation in mathematics for machine learning and deep learning.
• Experience developing and fine‑tuning ML models using industry‑standard frameworks or cloud platforms.
• Software development experience with basic front‑end exposure.
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (preferred but not required).

About the job

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to help bridge our in‑house ERP system with modern AI and machine learning capabilities. In this role, you’ll work closely with our software development team to design, build, and maintain intelligent solutions that enhance business operations through automation and data‑driven insights.
