Job summary

A construction management firm in Metro Manila is seeking a Site Scheduler to facilitate scheduling and monitoring activities for site projects. You will coordinate with clients and generate reports on site progress. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and possess relevant experience in project planning tools like MS Project. This position requires willingness to be assigned in Valenzuela City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Site Management/Scheduling/Supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.
• Basic knowledge of MEPF and CSA.

• Schedule activities on site and monitor progress through analysis methods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Documents for Monitoring thru programme (Excell, Microsoft Project or P6).
• Facilitate scheduling of activities on site and monitor progress (actual vs target) thru S-curve and other analysis method.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with client for immediate site scheduling updates.
• Coordinate direct with the clients Project Planner for any updates on site concerns.
• Responsible for generation of reports related to schedule monitoring, site progress for billing and other approval for submittals.
• Helps achieve objectives and compliance of the construction industry in relation to quality and standard.
• Performs other functions that may be required by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Site Management/Scheduler/Supervision.
• Experienced Project Planner with MS project schedule or Primavera literacy.
• Required (basic MEPF and CSA knowledge).
• Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City.
