Job summary

Devex Incorporated is seeking a Civil/Construction professional for on-site work in Mandaluyong. You will prepare and update project schedules, develop work programs and milestones, and monitor progress against plans. The role requires 2+ years in a related field and a Civil Engineering license.

Primavera P6 knowledge is essential. Role is full-time with responsibilities spanning coordination across departments, reporting progress, and supporting timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills.
• Professional License in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor or in related field.
• Knowledge in Primavera P6.
• 1-4 years experience in Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and updating of project schedule based on contract.

• Identify causes of delays and provide recovery program or prepare time-extension claims.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation and updating of project schedule based on contract
• Prepare work program and target milestone of the project based on the agreed plan (Submittal Schedule, Procurement Schedule, Equipment Loading, Manpower Loading, Cashflow and Cost Loaded Schedule)
• Review and Anaylze weekly progress and preparre weekly reports for operation meeting submitted to Project Manager and Planning Manager
• Monitor critical activities based on project schedule and coordinate with site operations
• Updating of project work program and cash flow showing actual progress
• Identification of causes of delays, provide recovery program if necessary and/ or preparer for time extensions claims if necessary
• Maintain records of site updates obtains from site operations
• Preparation of reports on current work progress in comparison between planned and actual activities, and study impact of alternative approaches to work
• Attend project coordination meetings
• Assists Project In Charge in overall project coordination
• Coordinate with other department within the company as necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of all planning records and files
• Other task assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills
• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Quantity Surveyor or in the related field is required for this position.
• With knowledge in Primavera P6
• 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
