AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Kallang is hiring to support data centre operations for AI technologies.

Salary ranges SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 per month, with a 5‑day work week (Mon–Fri) and office hours 8:30am–5:30pm. The role offers training, a yearly increment, and a variable monthly bonus as part of the compensation package. You will serve as the primary contact for planning, delivery and supply issues, handle customer inquiries professionally, provide updates on production schedules and order

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
