Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supply chain planning/logistics experience.

• Fluent English communication, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced functions; SAP experience required.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Planner to join our Calamba team and help strengthen supply continuity, support business growth, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure supply continuity through effective planning of imported equipment and locally sourced finished goods across multiple business divisions.

• Plan deployment and inventory transfers across third-party warehouses and overflow locations to optimize availability and service levels.

• Support the Sales & Operations Planning process by identifying supply risks, inventory gaps, and excess or obsolete exposure.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, commercial, subcontractor, and raw material planning teams to resolve service level issues and prevent shortages.

• Maintain master data housekeeping to support accurate planning, clean system transactions, and reliable supply execution.

• Conduct initial troubleshooting on system behaviour and transactional issues to improve planning accuracy, production continuity, and inventory availability.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience, with solid exposure to planning, logistics, manufacturing, or related operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into sound decisions and build alignment with stakeholders.

• Effective English communication skills, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership and accuracy in planning and execution.

• Adaptable and proactive in managing supply volatility, with the ability to anticipate risks and prevent stock-out situations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions and tools such as VLOOKUP and Power Query.

• Hands‑on experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems for operational transactions and planning activities.

• Experience in operational excellence, project management, or continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, or equivalent programs.
