Job summary

MNC Electronics Company is seeking a logistics analyst to analyze operational solutions for electronic interconnect manufacturing projects and to optimize shipment strategies. You will work with OEM customers to review prints, BOMs, and commitments and to develop logistics metrics.

Your responsibilities include identifying cost-reduction opportunities, preparing forecasts, and managing projects from design to ramp-up of wire harnesses, box builds, and systems integration products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational solutions for electronic interconnect manufacturing projects, including process/method analysis, cost containment, capacity enhancement, and shipment optimization.
• Collaborate with OEM customers to review prints, BOMs, contractual commitments, and related information to determine logistics and develop logistics metrics and KPIs.
• Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistics opportunities; prepare cost estimates and forecasts.
• Manage projects from product design to ramp-up production of wire harness, box build, and system integration products.
• Develop and define work procedures and documentation systems.
• Support first article builds for wire harnesses and assemblies.

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
• 5 Working Day: Monday to Friday
• Office Hour: 8.30am - 6pm
• Location: Kallang Sector 3

Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational solutions for electronic interconnect manufacturing projects such as process and methods analysis, cost containment, capacity enhancement, and shipment optimization.
• Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to review customer prints, bill of materials (BOM), contractual commitments and related information to determine logistics and develop logistics metrics and key performance indicators.
• Identify cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities; prepare cost estimates and forecasts
• Manage projects from product design to ramp-up production of wire harness, box build, and system integration products.
• Develop and define work procedures and documentation systems.
• Support first article builds for wire harnesses and assemblies.
