Salary ranges SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,500 per month, with a 5‑day work week (Mon–Fri) and office hours 8:30am–5:30pm. You will serve as the primary contact for planning, delivery and supply issues, handle customer inquiries professionally, provide updates on production schedules and order

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.
