Job summary

Capital Contracts and Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced project controls professional for remote-first support of international construction and capital projects. You will help maintain schedules, run lookahead reports, track progress, and support dashboards and performance reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in planning or project controls across EPC/mining/oil and gas/infrastructure, with strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project, and the ability to coordinate with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning or project controls on construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience with progress measurement, lookaheads, and project performance reporting.
• Schedule updates and progress tracking.
• Lookahead and delay register discipline.
• Dashboard and report production.
• Clear communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support schedule updates, progress tracking, lookahead reports, and delay registers.
• Collect progress data from project teams, contractors, discipline leads, and site representatives.
• Maintain planning and project-controls dashboards inside AYATA.
• Support weekly and monthly performance reports, S-curves, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with cost control, contracts, document control, and project management.
• Flag delays, slippages, missed deadlines, and recovery needs.
