Job summary

Capital Contracts and Technology Solutions seeks a Project Controls Analyst to support schedule updates, progress tracking, lookaheads, and performance reporting across construction projects in the Philippines.

You will collect data from project teams, maintain AYATA dashboards, and assist with weekly/monthly reports, S-curves, and milestone tracking. 5+ years in planning or project controls and familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning or project controls on construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with progress measurement, lookaheads, and project performance reporting.
• Working knowledge of AYATA workflows and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support schedule updates, progress tracking, lookahead reports, and delay registers.
• Collect progress data from project teams, contractors, discipline leads, and site representatives.
• Maintain planning and project-controls dashboards inside AYATA.
• Support weekly and monthly performance reports, S-curves, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with cost control, contracts, document control, and project management.
• Flag delays, slippages, missed deadlines, and recovery needs.

Support project controls through schedule updates, lookahead tracking, progress monitoring, delay tracking, dashboard reporting, and project performance reporting.

• Support weekly and monthly performance reports, S-curves, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with cost control, contracts, document control, and project management.

Required Experience
