Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Physician Arrangements Auditor in the Philippines to review non‑complex physician payments and ensure alignment with written agreements. The role works with the Physician Arrangements Manager and regional leadership to resolve issues and may assist with reports, auditing and monitoring of physician arrangements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 3+ years in healthcare compliance or auditing; experience with U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or auditing (required)
• Experience supporting U.S. teams or global shared services environments (preferred)
• Experience in Healthcare systems and Healthcare Laws (Stark and Anti‑Kickback) or exposure to regulated industries with ability to learn U.S. healthcare regulations (preferred)

• Review non‑complex physician compensation payments for contractual alignment.
• Validate non‑complex physician bonus calculations for accuracy.
• Provide initial review of physician real estate payment and billing reviews.
• Collaborate with Physician Arrangements Manager and regional leaders to resolve issues.
• Assist with reports, auditing and monitoring of physician arrangements as directed.
• Report non‑compliance with the code of conduct and physician arrangements concerns.
• Support Directors and Managers as requested.

Primary Function/General Purpose of Position

The Physician Arrangements Auditor will be responsible for reviewing non‑complex physician payments and ensuring that the payments are made in accordance with the written agreements.

Essential Job Functions

• Review non‑complex physician compensation payments to ensure alignment with contractual terms, supporting documentation, and established policies.


• Validate non‑complex physician bonus calculations for accuracy and compliance with compensation agreements.


• Provide an initial review of physician real estate payment and billing reviews.


• Work with the Physician Arrangements Manager and regional leadership to resolve physician arrangement issues.


• May assist with reports, auditing and monitoring of physician arrangements at the direction of the Physician Arrangements Manager and the Director Physician Arrangements.


• Report any issues of non‑compliance with the code of conduct and any issues related to physician arrangements to the Physician Arrangements Manager.


• Supports Directors and Managers as requested.
