Job summary
The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day people leadership and operational oversight for Manila-based Compliance team members. This role partners closely with U.S.-based Compliance leaders to ensure effective team performance, operational consistency, and adherence to service expectations and established SLAs. The Supervisor is accountable for workforce management activities including training, onboarding, coaching, performance management, staffing, associate engagement, and professional development.
