Job Summary
The Compliance Audit Analyst is responsible for reviewing physician arrangement payments and ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and healthcare regulations. This role supports audit accuracy, compliance monitoring and risk mitigation within a Global Business Services environment, driving high-quality service delivery for U.S. healthcare operations.
What you’ll do
- Review non-complex physician payments to ensure alignment with contract terms and conditions
- Analyze physician bonus calculations for accuracy and adherence to agreement provisions
- Evaluate physician real estate payments and billing for initial compliance validation
- Interpret legal and contractual documents to support audit activities
- Collaborate with physician arrangements leadership and regional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Support audit reporting, monitoring and compliance tracking initiatives
- Identify and elevate potential compliance risks or violations in accordance with organizational policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and controls
- Provide administrative and analytical support to leadership as needed
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing or financial analysis required
- Knowledge of physician arrangement regulations including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute required
- Experience supporting U.S. healthcare operations or global shared services environment preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- Advanced degree preferred
