This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, routine and ad hoc reporting, and collaboration across departments to optimize performance and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Advanced analytics or revenue-cycle coursework or certifications preferred.
• 1 year of revenue analysis or related financial analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and report on revenue data to identify trends and improvements.
• Review reimbursement claims, payer terms, and contract details for compliance.
• Conduct revenue audits to identify discrepancies and propose improvements.
• Prepare and reconcile revenue statements and invoices for timely recognition.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting to support invoicing and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports to monitor revenue performance and forecasts.

Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst, Supply Chain supports the analysis, validation, and reporting of revenue streams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, compliant reimbursement practices, and actionable performance insights. This role partners closely with finance, accounting, sales, and U.S.-based stakeholders to maintain accurate financial reporting, identify revenue optimization opportunities, and strengthen revenue-related processes across the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Analyze, validate, and report on financial and operational revenue data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Review reimbursement claims, payer arrangements, and contract terms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, payer guidelines, and internal policies.
• Conduct reimbursement and revenue audits to identify discrepancies, optimize financial outcomes, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile revenue-related statements, reports, and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in collaboration with accounting and finance teams.
• Partner with sales, finance, and accounting stakeholders to support timely invoicing, resolve revenue discrepancies, and maintain alignment across revenue processes.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support revenue performance monitoring, forecast accuracy, and business decision-making.

Education:

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in revenue analysis, revenue accounting, reimbursement analysis, or financial analytics (required)
• Experience in healthcare, GPO, or related industry (preferred)
• Prior experience with revenue reporting, audit processes, or performance analytics (preferred)

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office related products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
