A healthcare services provider located in Pasig is looking for a Full-time Trainer/Coach. The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience in the BPO industry as a Communications trainer. Responsibilities include coaching Process Coaches, conducting training sessions, and ensuring adherence to QA guidelines. This role operates on-site, Monday to Friday, in a graveyard shift environment, providing a dynamic opportunity for career growth in training and development.

Competenze

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing/Registered Nurse.
• 1–4 years of experience in Training & Learning Development in healthcare or BPO.
• 2+ years as a Communications trainer/Coach.
