Qualifications

• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license required.
• At least 1 year formal trainer experience in Healthcare BPO.
• At least 2 years experience in OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, or Charge Audit.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare processes and clinical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare training in a BPO environment.
• Facilitate training sessions and communicate complex healthcare concepts clearly.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development for clinical staff.
