Job summary

Accenture PLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Insurance in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The role involves reviewing documents for completeness and compliance, verifying agent and license information, analyzing data, and encoding details accurately.

Candidates with at least 1 year in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, or Financial Accounts are invited to apply. Full-time onsite with shift/holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Retirement Services, or Financial Accounts.

• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
