Job summary

Accenture in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Insurance to review documents, verify information, and analyze data for accurate processing. The role requires 1 year of related account experience and flexibility to work full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Open to college graduates or nearly finished degrees with at least 1 year of work experience in related accounts.
• Must have 1 year of experience in Insurance Accounts, Healthcare Accounts, Retirement Services Accounts or Financial Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.
