This individual will conduct initial phone screens with prospective candidates, gather relevant information about their experience and qualifications, and document clear, accurate feedback for the recruiting team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with a high volume of candidates, can build rapport quickly, and is able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate candidate availability. This may include conducting phone screens outside traditional business hours when needed.
