ECLARO is seeking an engaging Phone Screener to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company for a six-month contract. You will conduct initial phone screens with prospective candidates, gather information about their experience, and document clear feedback for the recruiting team.

The ideal candidate will handle high-volume calls, build rapport quickly, and work a flexible schedule to accommodate candidate availability, including non-traditional hours when needed.

Competenze

• Experience in recruiting, candidate screening, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills.
• Professional telephone presence and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and work independently.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
