Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Recruiter to support our RPO partnership with a leading renewable energy company. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, corporate, and blue-collar roles, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and Hiring Managers.

In this role, you will partner with sourcers and onboarding coordinators, keep ATS data accurate, and meet SLAs while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in recruitment (RPO, in-house, or agency).
• Experience with manufacturing, corporate, or renewable energy roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in recruitment (RPO, in-house, or agency).
• Experience with manufacturing, corporate, or service roles for renewal energy preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS (Ideally Success Factors) and sourcing tools.
• Desire to be a part of a high performing team is a must.
• Ability to work quickly and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
