TASK AGENCIES INC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its call centre team in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. This full-time role offers a package of 29,000 PHP per month and involves handling customer enquiries with professionalism to support satisfaction and retention.

You will document interactions, follow scripts, and aim for high customer satisfaction while meeting team targets. Training and development are emphasized, with flexible scheduling options.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center.
• Strong verbal communication over the phone.
• Proficient with CRM tools and computer systems.
• Able to multitask and stay accurate.
• Patient, courteous and professional with customers.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and requests.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Document all interactions in the company database and call systems.
• Follow scripts and procedures while personalising customer engagement.
• Handle multiple calls daily, maintaining quality of service.
• Process requests, orders, and complaints; escalate when needed.
• Listen actively and offer solutions aligned with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of information.
• Contribute to team targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge.
