Qualifications

• High School or College education is acceptable.
• 1 month BPO experience or 6 months customer-facing experience in another industry.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing excellent support for Telco services.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Assist with billing concerns, account inquiries, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, and telecom issues.
• Update customer records using company systems.
• Explain products, services, plans, and promotions.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
