Job summary

ZETATECH Hong Kong Investment Limited is expanding its Philippines team to drive sales of residential and commercial energy storage, PV panels and related renewables. You will prospect, present, and negotiate with investors, distributors, installers, EPCs and end-users while building lasting local partnerships.

The role requires 3+ years of offline sales in the energy sector, strong English/Filipino communication, and the ability to thrive in a volume-driven field sales environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 3+ years of offline sales experience in PV energy, energy storage or renewable energy.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in SEA, especially Philippines.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Philippines market to meet targets for energy storage, PV panels and related products.
• Identify customers via exhibitions, street promotions, cold visits and retail store visits; drive sales through prospecting and negotiation.
• Develop relations with customers and partners, and report on potential distribution partners.
• Support existing dealer channels with product displays and basic sales training.
• Engage customers to understand needs, provide recommendations and ensure after-sales service.
• Build long-term relationships with customers in the Philippines.
• Provide market feedback to management and monitor local trends and policy updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development for promotions and delivery.
