Summitnext seeks a dynamic Country Manager to lead FX & CFDs in the Philippines, driving market growth and revenue. You will oversee a regional team of BDMs and marketing professionals, crafting strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will bring 3+ years in business development within FX/CFDs, plus 2+ years leading teams. Strong financial acumen and P&L management are essential for success in a fast-paced market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in FX & CFDs.
• At least 2 years experience managing a team of BDMs and overseeing marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and market expansion.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow market share and revenue.
• Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Drive client acquisition and retention strategies, ensuring sustainable business growth.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies tailored to the local market.
• Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the market, ensuring revenue targets and budget goals are met.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local alliances to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and media engagements to build brand awareness.
• Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, competition, and performance metrics.
