Curran Daly & Associates in the Philippines seeks a Senior Operations Manager to establish and scale its Philippine operations. This hands-on, strategic leadership role focuses on building shared services capabilities, finance operations, and cross-functional collaboration to support rapid growth.

You will lead initial setup, oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, and partner with Australian leadership to align operations with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in shared services and finance operations.
• Startup-building experience, with ability to establish and scale operations from ground up.
• Experience supporting or managing Australian operations and engaging with Australian stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and development of Philippine operations from initial setup to team expansion and operational maturity.
• Oversee finance operations, focusing on accounts payable and accounts receivable, with growth to additional functions.
• Work closely with Australian leadership to align Philippine operations with business objectives, service expectations, and growth plans.
• Build, manage, and develop teams while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.
