Job summary

Curran Daly & Associates is seeking a seasoned Finance Shared Services Leader to oversee a large, multi-jurisdiction SSC/GBS. This role centers on delivering finance operations at scale, driving centralization, and transforming processes with automation and data-driven insights.

You will partner with senior global finance leaders, manage capacity and cost, and ensure governance and quality across R2R, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and FP&A functions in a Philippines-based, Manila-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 yrs working experience in a shared services environment.
• Previous senior finance shared services leadership experience in the Philippines.
• Experience leading a multi-national finance SSC/GBS.
• Proven ability to drive significant change (centralization, migration, org redesign).
• Strong governance, controls, KPIs, SLAs and service delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sizeable finance shared services centre or global GBS with direct accountability for operational performance.
• Drive centralization or migration of finance activities while maintaining service quality.
• Manage capacity, cost and productivity across a large finance organization.
• Establish performance governance, KPIs, SLAs and quality metrics across multiple jurisdictions.
• Leverage automation, data and AI to improve finance productivity and service quality.
• Engage with senior global finance leaders and external auditors as needed.
