iOPEX Tech is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the Philippines operations, driving revenue, profitability, and growth in Manila. You will manage capital expenditure, budgeting, and collaboration with HR to build an inclusive, high-performing team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include shaping strategic operational plans, monitoring key metrics, and coordinating with leaders across departments to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience (10+ years) in a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge across finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
• Proven ability to plan and manage processes for efficiency.
• Ability to implement structures that boost speed and adaptability.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations and legal guidelines.
• Willingness to work predominantly night shifts in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor day-to-day operational systems to provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
• Leverage relationships with department heads, partners, and vendors for decision-making on operational activity and strategic goals.
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
• Devise strategies for growth of programs enterprise-wide and implement cost-saving process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to lead a diverse, inclusive, and productive team environment.
• Work with senior managers to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans.
• Maximize efficiency through process analysis and cross-department collaboration.
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and productivity.
• Engage with project managers on financial and budgetary plans.
• Analyze current processes and performance and recommend improvements as needed.
